let me guide you through The Teacher Training Program, which can give you the tools you need to lead large Reformer group classes using the Pilates Room Studios Method.
Not only will you learn to skillfully work through a broad range of foundational Pilates exercises, but you will gain expertise in lesson planning, cueing with confidence and assisting clients of all levels to safely maximize the benefits of their workouts.

private sessionS
one-on-one private instruction using the reformer, trap table, chair, barrels and small props. Private instruction allows me to focus on your personal needs to efficiently help reach your specific goals.
50 minutes
$95 for a single session
$850 for a package of 10
Duet sessions
lower the cost per person while maintaining and accomplishing your individual fitness goals. Work with a friend, partner or another client using all apparatuses and props.

$75 each client per session
$650 each for a package of 10
Prerequisite of at least five private sessions
semi-private
Three to four students working at the same time using trap table, reformer chairs and props.
